I have been baking A LOT recently, so here are some pictures of my baking adventures.
First up, I made some Savory Bubble Bread, which was indeed very savory. Oh, and delicious. But there was way too much for just my husband and I.
Then I made Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread, which was so phenomenally delicious that it is almost gone – and I made it two days ago. And the recipe makes two loaves. I altered the recipe in that I used 3 cups bread flour and one cup whole wheat, but next time I might use cinnamon and brown sugar in the bread mix as well as the filling. also, maybe some more raisins or apple pie filling in the center. Yum!
